Well it is as modified to look bad as any reality show(for example, most of the facial expressions(shock, sigh etc) made in the boardroom of the Apprentice are from a whole different place altogether and not towards the comments.

Everything is edited to suh hights to give it that shock factor.

The people are ofcourse, at times, thick as cookiedouch, but that's been the case of humanity since Sir Balian DeBuon invented the word "moron" in 1745.

In short; don't believe the edit and it's no different from any other entertainment show out there.

Saying big brother contestants are complete retards(because of the shows flow and edit), is like saying Top Gear is stupid because it's a factual reality show
