Everyone talks about PC going mad, what about non-PC going mad?

He explained if he was to give a politically-correct sermon he might say: "Please accept, with no obligation implied or implicit, my best wishes for an environmentally-conscious, socially-responsible, low-stress, non-addictive, gender-neutral celebration of the winter solstice holiday."

I'm aware there is a good mix of PC/non-PC thinkers on the boards (or just fascist, like me ), so i'm interested to hear people's opinions on the whole thing.

BC and BCE mean virtually the same thing. BC is "Before Christ" and BCE is "Before the Christian Era". BC is more common but BCE is, strictly speaking, more accurate as it is difficult to put an exact year on Christ's Birth (Heck they screwed up his Birth Date let alone the year!).

BC/BCE is followed by AD ("Anno Domini", the Year of Our Lord in Latin) or CE ("the Christian Era").

You're wrong, EC stands for something else. It's been on the back of plugs for years, since way before that Jesus dude did his party tricks and conned lots of silly arabs that he was the Messiah.
