Last night I fitted a Thermaltake Silent Boost to my CPU, to supplement the replacement of case fans with thermal controlled ones, all of which has cut noise down by a serious factor.
The remaining noise now comes from the Graphics Card fan. Its an aging Leadtek GeForce4 Ti4200 which does me okay for the time being, rather than buy a new card (which I am sorely tempted to do), I will ask for suggestions on how to reduce the noise in this situation.
Any clues ?
