second one has both and it sais so
first one doesent have any wep equipped so thats the way it goes but found out gonna go for 44 cstrike and use garrote as anytimer for the lower rrs

well 6 more cap put me at 215 hit cap and it still 200 so no point, and 315 instead of 309 ? didnt see the point in wasting 6 plat xtra when i got the agramon for 4 plat
