Resolved No. of posts per page

The default seems to be set to 20 posts per page which is a bit short IMO.
Is there any way we can edit or change the number of posts per page?
I'm thinking of making it 30 per page to be similar to VBB.

Some strange logic there as it appears that the issue is I can't say - 'see my post on page 3' as opposed to quoting what I originally said or linking my post?.

Or am I reading that wrong?

Yeah I don't think I have ever seen "goto page x" or something on here, you always either quote the post or put a direct link to it. But if it's causing problems for the xenforo guys elsewhere in the system then fair enough I guess.

Kier (XenForo developer) did a demo back in the day where he modified the number of threads shown in a forum to demonstrate how the automatic page numbering system works. It might be possible to get an addon knocked up.

If not there is a system wide setting that can possibly be altered I believe.

If it can't be done per user, but can be done globally, I'd vote for an increase. I usually set every forum I'm on to display the maximum number of posts because I'm enormously lazy. It's set to 100 posts per page on a work related forum I use.

The current does seem very short. Even a small increase would be cool ta.

A default of 30 would be nice, a lot of us browse on mobile devices, so setting it above that would ruin our browsing experience.
