Yah got me beat. No way can I handle level 50 RVR. I gonna own up to that once and for all. Been interesting to see how quickly I can die and I must say it is impressively fast. Buffs to me don't seem to make any difference cos my sb is still utterly crap.

Will say one more thing though before I shut up on this subject entirely and that is I am not the only one that dies so fast. Did my bit of sight seeing tonight and I just have to say that everyones damage is far too high now for anyone to really have fun. I mean death is nigh on instantaneous at times.

Nah. Am too much of a gimp for level 50 and I gonna leave you all to it. If they reduce everyones damage and speed to at least half then maybe the game at 50 might look fun but to me in the short time I have seen it and acted in it it has come across as being out of control. Never seen any other game where people can dish out so much damage in so short a time.

One more thing. This game at level 50 is not doing you lot justice for all the hard work you have put into it so I recommend you try a different one like WOW when it comes out.

Never jump a caster when he is grouped with a decent RR Cleric, will most likely have DI.
Was nice that you tried though but too bad for you that you can't do 2k damage before I stun you

What you given up already? Try a little longer mate, you'll get the hang of it. Find out what your targets are. An assassin can't take out all classes...used to be the case but thank god its no longer true. Figure out who's your natural prey, and avoid the nasty ones till you're a little higher in RR and got better ra's.

Don't give up so soon...and try other classes. This is not a pure stealther game.

no problem in running solo at rr2-3, just dont jump everything and his dog.
done this with both merc, scout, infil and theurg, admitted theurg is a lil harder than the others, but its doable if you figure out that when it says "Invader" over someones head you dont jump them, they're not rr0

Most melee fights don't tend to be too quick if you are well armoured. I'm missing ml's and have low level toa stuff but most fights last long enough to put up some sort of fight. Casters damage on the other hand is still rediculous. I'm pleased that I'm only getting hit for ~400 after the patch instead of 600+, but when you get stunned for 9 seconds and there are 3 casters nuking at once, it makes no difference really The main problem really is that healing has been made way too easy, what with no LoS Spreadheals for bonkers amounts, DI, unlimited power etc. Damage has to be increased to cope with the ability to heal, or else fg combat would never end. Healer classes have it so easy these days it's not funny. Stand behind a wall and spreadheal away and you'll do a reasonable job of keeping your group alive. Back in the days when a good healer was essential to keep your group alive, things were a lot more balanced. I think the day they added spread heal was the day they killed rvr to be honest

Without Good kit (Artifacts etc) Buffs and a Colleague or 2, don't expect your SB to perform at low RR's.

oO i got a lvl 38 inf that im leveling as part of an experiment a mate insisted i do or stop whining about stealthers. I think im right to whine so i leveling it to see this shite "stealth wars"

Anyways. At level 34 i was doing pa's for over 150dmg on enemy level 50's. I now at level 38 garrote lvl 50's for about 100dmg (including non-casters). I think there something seriously wrong with Thugs sb if he only doing that at lvl 50. And thats with me being a gimped saracen slash inf

i do solo when/if play, but i dont now, except on my fotm body sorc.

yeah i admit i may have zerged a bit ages ago, but i was one of few alb stealthers that did actually try to solo, due to the amount of alb stealthers, actually being alone is a different matter tho.
