Well its now only something like 9 days until Open beta is due to begin. Are we any closer to getting to enter the CE beta codes and being able to download the client? Nope is the word. If Iain or Magnus sees this maybes you can shed some light for me.

Must admit im itching to get in game and try out some of the classes. Anyone else looking forward to it?

Lol if this is true then there wont be many people testing the OB. Especially people who don't have a fast internet connection. Would hope they give at least a week for people to download the client.

But i have downloaded betas before and sometimes i have gotten a file corrupt message and have had to do the whole thing again.

Would be nice if GOA could clear things up

First of all, EAstore, you got premium edition and not CE?

Might differ that CE can start DL before, anyways if that is true what you say, its kinda stupid and Mythic needs to hire someone else then GOA to run EU WAR

I will be surprised if you get a answer from GOA tbh. All i can see is the game being OB in 9 days and nothing happening. Still!

Got a good thick layer of dust on my CE pre-order box now its been sitting there that long.

open beta characters will be wiped, but after that headstart chars continue on into the live game.

Or were you just meaning you're looking forward to playing and not having your char wiped every 2 weeks?

You'll not get an "answer" before some undefined time next week. So the date is plausible - and if true, well - then I can't say I'm surprised.
