I joined a Scenairo, I was in a group, Serpents Passage, but no, then they chucked me out of that into Reikland Factories, I said to myself, Uhm, Okay, so I played it, then at the end, it didn't let me out, I wasn't a happy bunny =(

Oddly I was talking to someone in the zone and could change zones but not to the city.
