from a game perspective ninja is lame

To take a keep back in the old days would require alot of people, more then there are used in daoc. And good luck sneaking around with an army . And probably the defenders would have scouts patrolling too .

Maybe taking a keep with a few people works in DAoC and the Robin Hood movies But not back in the old days .

(Maybe if it is a very poor and small keep, it could work )
