Waited patiently for a week for Nildram to connect me, only to find they haven't!

DOH! Why's it so hard for companies to do what they say!?!?!?

hmm, from what i hear, Nildram are very reliable...

Have you got written confirmation about them connecting you?

Give them a ring and ask them (nicely, dont slag em off - yet) and just explain that you where told that you where to be connected..

i had the same problem when i first got BT, instead of doing it on the day they said (friday - 6pm), but i wasnt, so after like 6hours of ringing BT, i give up, but it was connected the very next day (hurrah!)
