Nildram ISP

[Case]

Does anyone have any experience of this ISP, am changing ISP's and these seem pretty good from what I can see.

I am on Nildram, was on them for 4 years before I changed to plusnet for 6 months now I am back with them for 6months and never had any problems.

Their sales and support have always treat me with respect, they have supported my configuration (even tho its not one they sold me) Their tech team and sales teams are based in the UK and dont go through pointless screens of "have you tried xxxx"

Everyone in our server team here has now moved to Nildram and love it.

They are not the cheapest - but the service makes up for it.

Switching to Nildram as soon as I move, Slainyou recently swapped over to them after 5 years on NTL and he is totally over the moon with the way Nildram is going.

Shame Nildram got taken over by Pipex - but I havent really noticed any difference, its great to be treated as a fellow tech when calling their support and saying im having problems using your DNS servers None of this crappy AoL baby talk about is the green light flashing.

Mate of mine uses Nildram and never had any probs as far as I know - been on it 2-3yrs mebbe.
