If I remember this rightly it is from Twighlight Zone Movie which pratically killed the series back then. A stuntman died & two children died during the making of it and the show never really recovered. All sorts of rumours of bad luck and ghosts on the set etc.

If Lamp knew anything he'd know that the god that is the Shatner was in the original Twilight Zone episode

They remade the same story for the movie with Lithgow in, its virtually a direct copy of the original story.

Yep, I did know that. But I really like Lithgow's performance.

the first one was amazing I loved it when he was trying to get other people to see the monster and they never did. back then I was still flying regularly and buy, did I have the willies after watching that TZ! never saw the movie though :/

it is a really top story and a good performance. You really do get the feeling that the guy is falling apart before your eyes.
