...but being attacked by 3 compatriot pets inside the keep when you are still bashing on the keep is making me pissed off, and the others who was defending aswell for that matter, when a pet comes inside and kills people and dissrupts our defending. That is just pure bullshit, same goes for albs with the AE thing they cast on the keep when they spam the enemy targetting and cast stuff thru the door, why the hell do you do shit like that.

Ok it works but it isnt supposed to, but still you do it, same goes for the exploit login-jump thingy. I dont care if you think its ok cause we dont, its just cheap to exploit bugs to reach us inside before you are even close to get inside.

same goes for AE magics on stuff (gatekeeper, door etc) just to reach us inside is just baaaaah. so much for trying to relic raid us at 6am :]

And i'm not saying that midgård is perfect from bug-exploiters, but it hasnt occured anything like that on ANY of the raids I have been on from midgård, and even if you have noticed any, why do you have to act the same way?

Anyway we managed to hold you back and it was 6 rough hours from 6am to 12:30 (i logged then). Those relics doesnt really belong to you

Pfft, whenever we defend there's always spirit champs roaming around. Just cause you have less SMs than we have chanters/druids doesn't mean you don't do it. As for casting thru doors, that's what the PBAE is for.

Well though i didnt manage to get to this raid, in general there is an easy way to stop being attacked by our pets.

You see they are very protective of there master, at the first bit of damage their masters take they use there physic power to identify the evil foe. Then without instruction they take it upon themselves to hunt down the evil one are kill them, so incensed that they can even leap a wall to get to their enemy.

So the moral of this tale, if you dont want to be attacked by our pets, dont hunt us. That no nasty arrows, no nuke and no aeo'ing. Cause in the time between being hit and dieing our pets will automaticly seek you out.

nb/ The reason i used pet with ranged attacks is that they normally shot back from outside the gates. And pets/charmed mobs going through gates annoy me. But even so is not unusual for a pet to run through the gate after a target. something you dont generally know, cause when i take damage in a keep raid im normally runing down the hill to get out of range asap

Way to go Hibbies! No really, I mean it. It was a real hoot earlier, watching those keeps go down one by one.

Few of my friends and I in Albion wanted to come help you, (maybe take out the stray guards or mids for you) but we figured that if we could do it on our own (without haven taken any mid keeps) then certainly you guys would be ok on your own too.

Plus that way you couldn't get accused of NEEDING help. Too bad you didn't succeed but still made for early morning entertainment. Maybe next time I will port on over and watch the show.

Ok Faye, you opened the can, so you can take whats coming now.... First off those enchanters are 90% of the time not sending the pets deliberatly, most of them use caster pets to nail those archers, which CAN be attacked from the outside of midgard walls(unlike hib keeps). If you attack the enchanter who owns the pet, there is BUGGER ALL he can do to stop that pet attacking you, short of sending it into passive mode or killing it, passive mode wont work because as soon as he sends it on another target its gonna go slap you again, and killing it is not an option from a mana conservation point of view. As an added bonus your SM's do it all the time, they may do it accidently too for some part, i dont know.

ok onto point #2 ANYONE i repeat ANYONE inside those keep walls was a NIGHTSHADE, big surprise we get an assasin class in hib, if you want to talk about log jumpers, talk to the troll who was on the roof of the lord room in one of the keeps, i think it was Gelnlock. Not one hib did i see Log jumping, some may have ghosted(lagged) and appeared inside for a few seconds, but as soon as the server updates they are back where they should be. So in conclusion on this point, dont you DARE accuse us of log jumping when the person who did it during the raid was one of your own.

point #3 : Lets not get into a lengty pbaoe wrong or right discussion again? There are so many arguments both ways, you dont have something we do, please accept its not going to change for you till 1.51g and move on.

ok and now a point of my own, i am aware that there was an incident with one of our archers hitting through the floor of the keep. But as soon as i informed the archer, he explained to me he thought his target was still in view on the wall and didnt know he was hitting someone in the middle. So appologies to Piffany from that archer.

Thought I might ACTUALLY get to do some xping for a change but oh no... get up nice and early and think hmmm is today the day I get to 43 and get my nice new hib/alb busting nuke and then what? "Hibs attacking relic keep!" Grrr...its a conspiracy I tell ya!



Kaylin: Easy...get screenies...get names...send them in to the powers that be...I know I have, I am in the process of doing and will do so again Im sure. Everyone knows that bug expoliting is wrong by now and those who dont are brain dead and should have their accounts deleted on principle imo. We in the Amazons of Midgard have a very strict rule on the subject as do many guilds in Midgard....Exploit bugs find a new guild!

Spiritmaster pets: ITS A GHOST...of course it can go through walls, thats why we are called spiritmasters and not solidmasters.

PBAoE: Its nice I have a rather handy mezz and cant wait for my PBAoE nuke that I get in some way off future patch...what a nice little combination that will be to have

I understand entirley Noita, and i do take names and report any from any realm i catch exploiting, my own and others. The troll on the roof has been reported, and it is up to GOA to deal with them.
What i dont like though is someone coming here after a very decent run by hibbies and spoiling it by being a bad sport and accusing us of exploiting and various other things. Cant some mids just turn round and pat us on the back, say well done and better luck next time. To come here and flame like this because they lost keeps to us annoys me a lot. Sorry if i seemed overly agitated about it, but i believe that once you pick a realm it is your duty to look after EVERYONE in that realm regardless. If someone yells cheat and offers no proof I will take my realm mates defense till proven guilty. And as such people coming here offering no evidence get me very upset.

For those who would flame me on that, yes it is a game, and yes we have every reason to get emotional about it. It ceases to be a game after a certain amount of time and becomes a hobby. How would a sculptur feel if he spent 2 years sculpting his finest work only to have someone come smash it.

1st. Through doors is used PBAE (Which is a feature goddamit)
2nd. Pets go through doors, like keep guards too when you pull em and they hit through doors aswell.
3rd. You can get to mid keep roofs without logjumping. Its just the game mechanics allow you to push yourself through the roof. Call it a exploit then if you like. (Then again, oneshotting without losing stealth is a bug, not feature soo....)

Kaylin I disagree with you on very little having read many of your threads and this is no exception. Please continue to do so...as soon as we get the cheats kicked out of this game the better it will be for all concerned in my opinion. Though perhaps if the game had been released with fewer inherent faults there would be a lot less discussion threads like this. In my opinion we are all paying for the privilege of beta testing this thing so its no wonder we all get a little hot under the collar from time to time when things play up a bit! Anyway, believe it or not there are a lot of Mids who do feel /respect...good attempt...Im sure Faye included and I for one love RvR at the moment.

As far as jumping on the roofs in mid keeps...well Im not sure about the interpretation of the CoC being a humble lawyer and not a game designer but it does say...

Ok to quickly summise this, sorry if i got a little hot headed about it Faye, just dont like seeing realm mates accused of things without proof, as stated before. As for the roof issue, the front roof, the one above the gates... That can be gotten onto without the use of the log jump bug. The troll i was talking about was on top of the Lord room's roof, and unless im very much mistaken(which i could be) there is no way up there other than with the said bug.
