Just thought I'd post seeing as nobody else did (shock! Horror!) about tonights attempted Hibby relic raid.

Very nice tactics employed and it's a shame you guys didn't pull it off. You had like what? 5 rams on the first door I was told?

A very valiant effort, and a nice change of pace to the normal Emain zerg.

Also, well done to the Mids who flocked to defend so eagerly and succesfully. It's good to see that even amidst all the feuding and changes lately we can still band together and defend our realm when it's needed.

Main problem as I see it was that most of the new high level hibs actually have little to no previous relic raiding experience so were doing some pretty daft things once we finally got up to the relic doors Still , live and learn eh??

Brannor teh ewul spy was in Hibbieville at the time and heard all about the planned RR. But the Luri kept his mouth shut and went about killing Ghoulie's while his slightly maniacal guildmates took to pounding mites with a trebuchet.

Sorry about the time though, i personally hate midnight raids and i won't be attending anymore in the future. Daytime raids rule

Daytime raids get pwned bigtime, coz we have 200 lvl 50 characters, half of them not playing anymore, and both Midgard and Albion have 400 lvl 50 chars (many probably not playing, but still more than double what we have)

Whining... Yea yea, oh well, back to work, in emain now

*Edit* here are the real numbers of level 50 players: Albion 395 (37%) Hibernia 208 (20%) Midgard 458 (43%)

Game isn't about relics it's about fun. Personally i prefer the feeling that 100+ mids might come ganking me than some bowman trying to shoot me. Failures can be fun too
