Nice scrap in Hadrian's Wall

Just wanted to say thanks to whichever group of Albs was around HMG in Hadrian's Wall tonight.
I had an absolute blast out in a guild group with my little lvl 29 Spiritmistress leeching some rps.

So big hugs to whoever you were for the great fight. Now I need to just go shoot whoever it was had the idea to go try take Beno when it had big nasty guards that squished me in 2 hits

The Beno seige was a lot of fun. At one point there was about 50 Hibs outside and only 1fg or so of Albs inside... but we gradually got more people in. And that was a nice move you did when you withdrew but had mezzers hidden in the trees at the side. I almost thought you had us then...

Pity Albs won't give Hibs at Renaris the same fight. We have had 1fg sitting here all night.

We never had 50 hibs, it started with 2 fg and later 2 fg's (I think) added. Every 5-10 mins another alb fg ran in tho

You had a few more than a couple of fg's at the start, iirc, and at one point - when I was sat outside being dead - gaurdspam was reporting over 50. That was when we started getting as many people in as possible.

In the beginning of the night we had more then 1fg, we sat waiting, some people went to beno. There were 6 in renaris at that point. We waited for 3 hours, then some people came back.

Next time, I will take more rams and knock over every keep right the way through to Excaliber, then I will camp Castle Sauvage while mids take the relic.

So, say again, Hibs are no threat to the relic?

Initial attack was with 18 or so according to guardsspam. Highest number at height of the battle was indeed 50 according again to the guards.

It was very very close as we got in with our group when the second door was almost down We were lucky there. If we wouldn't have had someone with woodskill you would have gotten in

Well Beno was fun... we got killed 2-3 times before we even made it to Beno with our gimpgroup (no mincer etc)

i was at renaris and tbh the albs that turned up were a joke. we ended up suiciding on sauvage guards, defense split up and we wandered around looking for albs hehe.. thats 1 champ and a ranger btw.. easy shit for u oh so fucking ubah albs

defend your realm or we will take it from u altogether.. u will NEVER have relics if u dont learn how to defend your own keeps.
the relic u have is going soon.. trust me.

Now if you'd have started doing that, we''d have been there like a shot. Although we were pretty scattered, everyone was ready to be back in minutes if you started hitting other keeps. Some of us weren't happy with having (what we thought was) a big force of Hibs with one of our keeps - but it would have taken more attacks to get us to move against you.

In fact, you ended up keeping me up till 1am anyway, by doing a late attack on Beno - or as I put it in guild chat when we got gaurd spam just as I was about to go to bed, "oh Christ, not again"

That's unfair. Don't forget we'd just spent a long time at Beno, defending our keep against Hibs. The idea that we "couldn't give a shit" is, well, bullshit.

If we'd have known that there was 1fg in there, I don't think for a moment we wouldn't have taken it. But tbh when I got there and you came out, it looked more like 3fg - and we expected more to be incoming.

There'll be other times, mate... stop getting so wound up about it.

To the people at Renaris sorry for Albs not wanting to be farmed but there were plenty of Albs at Beno to gank and also groups travelling to Beno from Sauvage. Better luck next time is all I can say no need to get so wound up, happens to all of us once in a while that nobody shows up.

yeh soz about that dude, the remains of the beno defence were at CS but 70% of them wanted to goto emain, couldent get enough ppl who wanted to fight a losing battle, the few of us that did pull guards there got wiped by the most guards ive ever seen, what happend? did they treble pop or something?

hope u do the same thing on that keep tho in future for farming, its nice and close to our spawn point.

Someone had a boring night with no rps to pharm. Just imagine the frustration. Chanters all set with finger on the button and no one comes.

Actually you write crap. A fair number of Albs had spent most of the day defending the frontier. For 4 hours we fought a running battle with Mids in HW during the afternoon and we were still fighting in HW when I logged at midnight. 15 hours online and 9 of them in HW.
