I dont really care if i get abused its funny to me and im more then used to it after playing uo for 5 years its just funny but if ur going to try and flame me at least have the decency to put some thought and consideration into your flames otherwise they a lil mundane =/

after playing UO for 5 years i would expect you would be a lil toasty, but what was a flame ? saying you have no balls ? that you dont have the guts or planning to pull off a relic raid ?:rolleyes: ;)

Yea but in recent weeks compairing relic raid attempts i think we are winning and yes they are well planned and if u check /realm then that shows we more then have the testicular fortitude required =/

Looks to me that ^^ is a sly lil dig at us.. i may b wrong but from the way it is written is does look like a dig at mid...

found out someone lent there account to irl friend whoes a mid so you knew before we even left the telekeep :(

No herbal we didnt(well at least our guild didnt).
We had atrox in odins or surrounding area and let us know when he see u hence the quick response from us but to my knowledge we wernt informed due to a leak as such =/

well its definate the person spoken to daoc i think <not totally sure> is a mid and the person whoes account hed borrowed was in a guild who discussed the relic raid for well over an hour before we left odins :(

Exiled Mage : i think u find mids have probably done the most relic raids yet...then us then hibs...with only 2 attempts

heheh ive been in many shorter relic raids "the ones when hibs attack excaliber they rarely get as far as the 1st door"

the main problem in albion atm is we have nobody standin out to takelead and give all the orders and organise things . i wasnt there tonight cos i went to excaliber scouting for mids/hibs whilst al the high lvls went for the dragon "from what i can gather dragon flew of on his holiday around dartmoor and didnt come back" on my gc i saw my guilds say 3-4 times different people were trying to get some order and take charge or relic raid . by that time i knew itwas doomed so went n played a unguilded alt ... im sure as soon as we have a established person who leads us and gets everybody tolisten to them we will be a lot more dangerus on raids .

btw ill be seeing you middys tomorrow morning when u attempt another relic raid on excal i think its 3 or 4 weeks on the trot u have trieda raid on excal . so no doubt albs will be ready n waiting for ya :p as we have been so often. a scouted keep = virtually impossible keep to take ., imo i think we albs shoulda went for hib relic tonight and not mids.

Cant see no raids occuring tomorrow cause england play sweden and i know for sure by the time the games finished ill b more concerned with carrying on drinking then trying for some relic in a online game :>

Now where have you been? notice how your no longer holding your power relic nor ours?, becouse whe did a raid and have also done several afterwards, unsuccesfull due spys and sutch, so get your facts straight pls Mr. alb

I seem to recall a person online claim that england hasnt beaten sweden for the last 30 years (maybe they haven´t played in 30 years I don´t know).... just a thought ;)

let me explain how we noticed u right away:

Emain.. nothing to kill, a few albs every 15 mins, no hibbies at all.... I requested a grallarhorn check, it was clear.
A few mins laiter, gimpfarfar rolls in a report on the alliance from odins gate, 150+ albs incomming.

Bored middies in emain ofc move to kill a few MAA at alb tk ^^
and we spammed the alliance and guild chat a little

result: dead albs who only got to kill a few guards and a few middies ;>

what surprices me is that u were so many, we so few (MAX 80 mids showed up) and u all died without even getting to doors.. how?

I was not surpriced to see u invade our beloved home soil since I had been told of albs trying out the dragon today
(give us some info on how that went btw :)

thats about it, u were just out-scouted ^^

On the dragon: the server crashed when we were 200m from him and lots ppl died etc when they relogged into the most dangerous zone in albion... Then the frigging Dragon didnt spawn for an hour or 2 and someone said lets do a relic raid instead... Mucho advance planning & security as u can see ;)

Then when we got there, killed the guards, killed a few mids, the guy leading it said in a low voice "Lets go Avakkr" which promptly split the army into 3+ pieces (the ppl who heard, the ppl who didnt hear and the ppl who heard but didnt know wtf Arvakr was) and predictably the trailing ppl being eaten by ubAr guards and the pursuing rp starved mid hoardes.. Simple really.

We'll get it right one day...

Alb relic attempt faiiled moment we arived, when the leader stated his amazeing plan of UMM CHARGE? most of group i was in died not from mids or guards but from totaly being stunned by such a well thought out plan....


From now on its screw the rams, armour, weapons or spells we simply line up and give out the rps like any other night :)

1 Leaders: Nobody wanted to really take charge of the rellic raid because all of the people yelling "RELLIC RAID" from the moment we came back from dartmoor. Even in dartmoor some lvl 25 (he should not have been in DM in the firs place ) starts yelling "Lets get a rellic instead"

2 When someone DOES take charge of the raid, or at least trys to make the best of it you do NOT flame him on the boards afterwards for doing a crappy job. Specialy when for every given command there are 25 others (some who have never been in a rellic raid as far as i know) who start contradicting your orders

3 There were not enough rams to take an underended rellic, let alone to take one that is defended. Diverting to another keep is easier then. My team went back to collect 2 rams but it was over by the time we got back in odins.

Next time this will be planned in advance and better executed.
Had fun in emain afterwards though :)

Chill bud - its not a flame its a fact. The army splitting was the end of us (even though taking a heavily defended relic keep is close to impossible anyway) was something to do after the disappointment at the Dragon :)

Mistakes will be made, the important thing is to learn from them.

I think we died because of the usual impatience from people. So instead of moving as an army we came in smaller groups easy for Mids to take out.
Guess we need to make better preparations next time.
