Well it has been hasnt it?


Was up at 5:30 to drive with my dad to bakewell to set up a carboot, it was dire.
We made just over £10 and got sunburnt.

Came home, sat in the garden and cut my finger on a rusty piece of fencing. Might need a tetnus jab for that.

I was out driving at that time, too but I hadn't been to bed so I'm infinitely ore rock 'n roll than you.

It was a wonderful sunrise, and a lovely day. Spoilt by work tomorrow.

Fair point. I'm sure if you'd put the effort in you could have 'got it awn' with one of the 1,500 female, over-60s widows which are contractualy obliged to hang around car-boot sales. I seem to remember they get get there before any of the cars do and they have an incredible ability to fight their way to the front in waves of bargain-hunting death. I remember it was like watching Starship Troopers.

oooooh, Bakewells lovely. I go riding there around there regularly. (Castleton, Hathersage, Bakewell etc.)

I got up at 11, had breakfast in the garden, went for a 3hr ride, had a bbq, came to work.

Not a bad day up until about 10pm.

I got up at 2:30pm, had a huge sunday roast, vegetated infront of the TV and then the PC and then went out for a few hours to see a girl.

Lifes so difficult these days isn't it ...

I got up and did bugger all for much of the day, then addressed the issue of my fuckyou email not working. Then I ate garlic mushrooms, and infact didn't get down to the Radio One event in Ipswich at all. Which fucked me off.
Oh, and Mark & Lard said Ipswich is better than Norwich, which is dubious. It was almost an insult to my manhood; if we exclude the fact I've lived here for all of three weeks.

My plight is ongoing.

No Im not in Sheffield Xtro, I live near Lincoln, but its pan flat round here, and some of the best cycling (the answer to Mellow's question )in the country is in the Peaks.

Reason we went to Donny the other night was cos some of my mates are from Scunny, and Doncaster has an excellent Thursday night feel about it.

yeah Castleton/Hope Valley area is where all local schoolkids get dragged out to prove to them that the world isnt made of tarmac and burnt out cars. Nice area, was there a few days ago - nearly ran over a man with a flask which was nice. I *hate* flasks!

after 4.5 hours of cleaning the car yesterday... I drove thru a storm of insects last night argh.... so the back is all shiny but the front is decidedly brown insecty ... *sigh*
