Nic drivers

Having recently reinstalled windows xp im having problems with crashes and packet loss due to my nic card a net gear fa 311, i know this is fixed by a driver update. How ever netgears own site just links to a pdf file not a driver and i cant seem to find the latest drivers for it, and yes ive tried google.

Anyone got any idea thnx alot in advance
