Newbie to QuakeWorld

I was wondering if there are any servers dedicated to those of us who aren't very good at Quake?

It's been years since I last played quake and I wasn't very good then.

I have tried here on Barry's World and also on Gamespy, but the other players are lots better than me and I'm getting creamed!

Are there anywhere the quake newbies can go to get better at playing?

quake.xs4all.nl pings quite well from uk and has mixed standards of players. its very active and you can usually get a game there.
