I just started in Windurst as a TaruTaru BLM I equipped my staff and now I have no idea on what to do, someone help

I'm a big fan of the manual, so I would recommend pages 81 and forward

Pay attention to how to get a signet on page 125 as well before you start killing things and you'll have some crystals to sell at the auction house after a few levels

just wondering if this game has any form of PvP or "RvR" as others will get my drift..or is it all PvE based and questing?

there is still indirect RvR in the form of conquest system.

Not PK though.

PvP is being introduced in the next month or two.
