- Hot wings, Salted casweh nuts, Puff w / olives
- North Sea escape of cod with herbs, Pressed
terrin w / black truffles, scallops, fried Jerusalem artichoke
- Turbot cream soup, steamed flounder, Minced chives and Bread
- Beef tenderloin, stew, Potatoes w / thyme, chanterelles sauce, cranberries
- Sea buckthorn mousse, chocolate truffle cake, Nut Mazarin, Lemon tart
Wines will be: Eroica Riesling 2008, Yalumba Viognier 2009,
Jadot 2005 Beaune Premier. Cru, Desert wine not chosen yet.
and for Later, Tattinger Demi sec & Kransekage.
