And what is the list for lvling and places?
example:
10-17 Heavens near hell. Or something like that

lvl 5-8 random mobs
lvl 8-15 Mithra
lvl 15-19 Nymphs - Salisbury Plains
lvl 19-24 - Broken Bridge - Salisbury plains

thats what i did on my pvp Necro, i were lvl 24 in 2 days all solo.
