naww...its a good idea..think about it... a hibernian hero ie. ...if he wants to be a good 2-handed wpn fighter he gotta save all (preferebly) his points till he gets to lvl 10, and fine, try getting to lvl 10 on your own with no wpn specs

this would allow ppl to train in a wpn until they reach lvl 10 (if they implemented respec at any time or just lvl 10 etc), so imo its a neat neat idea
