new sheilds

are the new sheilds in SI craftable or are they drops/merchant bought only?

So far I have not found any new shield recipes. I saw one nice reaver shield that looks like a heater with wooden cover, but it's basically a medium sized shield buyable in the SI regions. Can't craft it, unless I'm blind.

Large Block sheild
Medium Block Sheild

And the tiny ones that look like a CD stuck to your wrist;
