New rules regarding freeshards

After some discussion we're now going to allow freeshard talk, there are however still some rules that must be followed.


Talk about freeshards/able to name specific freeshards - fine
Post templates for your characters - fine
Link to freeshard websites - not fine
Link to programs associated with freeshards (excluding template making programs) - not fine
Screeshots - fine - (aslong as they don't have any sort of server advertising on them)

Threads will no longer be locked or changed regarding freeshard talk providing the above criteria is met.
