new rule for birthday threads.

From now on every post to one of these dire things must contain something amusing or you will be punished by the forum gods.

The rule should just be that the thread title includes Birthday, or B' day or something along those lines, tso you know exactly what you're clicking.

I think they're nice anyway, we keep banging on about community. Saying Happy Birthday to members of our 'community' is a good thing, in my opinion.
