We break into the towers and keeps to reach the albs who are always hiding inside and never wanna come out to play. The albs hiding inside even outnumber us, but still don't want to come out!

I agree I've been up a few nights too many, and I would've gone to bed if there weren't any albs to fight. I would like to sleep but we had some really fun fights the nights CM have been running lately (and the nights with other albs) wich have kept us up.

If we'd gone to bed then, CM would surely have dyed half of Midgard red, like the night we lost Surs and the albs were enough to attack us at 2 fronts. Then we had to abandon Surs to rescue Bledmeer, wich if taken would've opened the strength relic gate!

I will prefer the server to shut when people is sleeping/ working/ studying then will save the problem and call this game as a 24 HOURS GAMING .....

should the rvr area be closed during day time or not ? all those people at school and at work can't play during that time.

closing the rvr area at 24 pm... isn't that like very early for some and vere late for others ?

reopening at 8 am ? for who ? even the unemployed people are still at bed then.

why not say that rvr is only available from 21 to 23, would that not be better for students, working and unemployed people alike ? ooh, noes, people working in shifts can't play then.

An idea like 'opening' hours for rvr is like only a valid option in the eyes of a very egocentric person who thinks the world evolves around him.

If you are serious about even sugesting this and it was not a tongue in cheeck attempt to ridicule the concept of limiting rvr access based upon the time of day, i'll think 'good by and good ridance' if the next goodby thread is yours.

I think RvR should be closed whenever I'm not on which isn't particularly often atm but ffs people keep taking relics while the baby needs changing... that's just unfair. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Plus other people are gaining RPs while I'm not on - totally disgraceful. Stop it.

Whineing about peope is up and playing?
The times I have come back from work and see that my realm has been in the wrong colours and people tells me that it started early in the morning... I just smile. If people meets alot of others to fight, then they had a good time and there is no problems what so ever, but some sorry sods just running around and taking abandoned keeps and towers.. Well, I'm happy that I have a life outside daoc...

Just face it, its a 24h game, if some can be up all night, its there desition to make if they wants to. The rest of us, will just have a smurgosboard of ready spots for conflicts when we logs in.

Hi Dunaline,

I went LD and was without internet for more than 1 hour, and when I came back you all had logged wich is understandable.


-Then I went duo with Rolv and we met 6 albs who were inside DC tower trebbing a hole Dun Crauchon. We killed 1 of them at the trebs and went to the bridge, and then killed some who followed before they pulled back into the tower. So we decided to treb their tower to get them out from there, and again they came but this time they used a different tactic: the cabalist ML9 pet tactic.

When we came back later, the albs had a hole in the wall and were inside the keep - so we decided to raze their tower and take it, and we did. Then we charged in the keep and managed to kill the albs, before a sneaky enchanter got us. We did this twice.

The third time there were a bit more albs, about 12, so it didn't go that well. They took the keep and the tower, so we teamed up with a warlock and another skald to take back the tower - and the albs started hiding inside the keep so we trebbed some holes in it and went in. Another skald, berserker and a warrior showed up, and it ended with us taking the keep.

Then the albs disappeared and hibs showed up, and we took the remaining towers except the last one - where hibs kicked our asses. I wouldn't exactly call all of this pve.

Summary: when albs hide in towers keeps and don't want to come out to fight, we have to break into the keeps and bring the fight to them.

My other post referred to a different night, when it was the albs who attacked us at 2 fronts and CM went for the relic - wich we defended. So the night after that, we decided to keep the fight in Albion (so CM wouldn't go dye Midgard red and go for relics again) and we went for Surs again - wich CM defended and we kept them there all night. Mission accomplished.

Quitting before the hunter love patch was a glimmer in mythics eye..yeah i'm sure it's that

Betwean 5am to 7 am should no keeps/towers/relics be taken. as its extreamly few online. Any other time is ok.
