New patch and Win2k

Whenever i install the new patch with win 2k it says 'This program has created errors and needs to be restarted - An error log has been created'

1) Where will the error log be?

2) I restart the program - it still don't work

3) I reboot - still nothing

4) I reinstall the patch - nope

5) I redownload the patch - no

6) Reinstall OpFlash -

HELP!!

I've tried running both the zipped and unzipped version of the patch. Both give the same error when I try to run it:

The instruction at "0x10012dc4" referenced memory at "0x3ca38c8e". The memory could not be "written".

I’m running Win2k Professional SP2. I have the Win2k fix for the game, yet the patch refuses to run. Any ideas?

Download this. The Operation Flashpoint ultimate patch. Worked for me and adds some new vehicles and missions the other patch didn't. Hope this helps

I've upgraded using the ultimate patch, and now find myself being dumped back to the desktop at random intervals. With the win2k fix, I never had a problem with the original.
