Today I received my new password... I'm happy and all that - but it didn't say a word about any free time to compensate for the time spent where I couldn't log on; did any1 receive notice about this in their e-mails?

yup. was wondering why they felt it was insecure to send the game password out with the login name, but still send the subscription name and password together (and thus having access to the game login name and password anyway).
