Anyone else going to this? Me and a few lads are heading down to Wembley as a couple of us are 30 over the next couple of weeks so are treating ourselves.

Not been into NFL for a good few years really but the way I see it its a once in a life time opportunity, always wanted to watch an NFL game in America so I guess this is the next best thing.

the ice hockey matches are far better than the nfl. If you get a chance in your life go see one, one of the grudge matchs are always best too.

is this a proper match or a friendly type promo job?

Regular season game, same as last years.

I'll be going again, should be a good game although it's a pity Reggie Bush won't be playing. As long as the weather holds up it's guaranteed to be better than last years which was a damp squib and had the Dolphins who were playing utter shit at the time.

Gay gay gay gay gay game :p

Liverpool are 1-0 up at the moment. Looking dodgy tho. Turn on to a man's game ;)

Was pretty boring actually, they kept stopping for adverts ALL THE FUCKING TIME between plays etc. Completely broke the flow of the game.

Wembley is awesome though, planning on going back for a few England games.

Stopping for adverts is how it's played over here. It's the one reason I prefer college football to the NFL. It's still very commercial, but it's a bit slower paced, more trick plays and generally more entertaining to watch.

NASN's replay coverage of NCAA Football is great you go ages with out an add but the coverage of live games is similar to this with a add every time they move the chains almost.

Well at one point it was like the x-factor. flags would be thrown for a foul, the ref's would discuss it go to make a call bam 5 minute add break before they actually said anything. What utter toilet.

Still, enjoyed myself, had great seats half way between the entrance and the goal. 15 or so seats up from the pitch. Got my self a mini saints helmet too. Not that I am a fan its just they didn't have a dolphins one who i supported as a kid :)

I though it was a highly entertaining game of football 2bh.

High scoring and could of went the Chargers way right at the end ofter the safety and then the Hail Mary pass.

Yes the Adverts are annoying but its the nature of the beast now.

Ignore that you had a great game there.

You mean Rugby?

I've seen the rugby lot out after a game. If there was ever a bunch of middle-class men trying to prove their masculinity through wank-sock drinking games then the rugby lot are it ;)

No No No No

Thats Rugby Yawnion ;)

To be fair both codes of Rugby play a tough game. I am a keen Rhinos fan as you know, Nick Scruton played the SL GF v Stains and he had a broken wrist, he was in the match pain after he couldnt even hold the trophey.

The day after I wacthed a game of footy where the players were soft as shite man, a disgrace getting a wee knock and falling down like an extra in Platoon!

American football is the most tedious sport in Human History. Quoits would make a more interesting spectacle. Seriously. Quoits.
