New linoleumfloor discoloured. Help!

A friend had a new linoleumfloor placed by property-owners. Apparently you need to wait a week before placing rugs. Ofc she ignored that and now noticed yellow-isch discolourations under those spots. Any way to fix it so she doesnt have to pay when moving out? It's a light beige colour initially.

Daft bat should have done what was asked of her tbh.

Worse case spend 50 quid on a new lino and fit it yourself..the cheap stuff can be cut with scissors.

Hire some uv lights and shine them for a few days on the discolouration. (took me a few tries to spell that).

Same reason you should always open the take away curry on a work surface where the sun shines.

Move the rugs around to colour the pale bits. Make the whole thing yellow.
