lol yes you have a point. However have a look at another MMPORG and how they relate to their customer base:

They are much more open, honest and they always confront things head on. They have lag and other issues like any MMPORG but they do not hide. Read the blog and think about it - would that sort of detail help here?

COULD it be that the lag problem has NOTHING to do with their network and all they can do is to contact the company that are responsible for the lag??
