Here's the site here folks, any one interested should apply. I did fail in my recent application with the company but it is Manpower that is doing the screening on this one and then you will meet one of the GOA team upon being given an interview. I thoroughly recommend that you apply through the below if any of the positions interest you....

No salary listed, starting to get bored now with those agencies and companies that advertise a job but don't give any indication at all how much they are willing to pay.

Depends what job you went for but as GoA dont write the game code I guess there not after a software games developer.

my degree was a generalised computing degree with specialisations in the games industry so i covered everything from basic design to blackbox testing creative writing 3d artwork, mathematics artificial intelligence sound and music the software development life cycle (yeah as usual) and loads of other crapola units that i did little work in but got hgih grades :)

yes i spent my degree money on darkage and interent and still came away with a 2:2.

Hated my university wish i never went now im doing work for my dad with the stock market virtually ive already made a 12% profit on 1 share choice.

Tommorow im going through the entire american stock market and picking out the winners :p

They had loads of jobs for WoW or something I think - In-game support / GM, still have posters up at work, I think you had to work in Dublin though.

guessing Varna works for manpower? (a recruitment agency...)

Don't expect the recruitment process to be an easy ride, it is difficult to gauge what it is they are looking for in a candidate - this is due to you satisfying most of the conditions before the interview.

I see your point on this one. We have Wavertree technology park near Liverpool and the standard pay is something around £6 an hour which by all standards, is teh suck tbh.
