yes whoever it was asked about the b/w cap, you just ring them up and ask them to put it up to whatever speed u want which they offer, i went from paying £25 a month for 512/128 to £49.99 a month for 1mb/256, its ok for now for downloads but im not to sure now ive got it if its actualy worth an extra 25 quid, ill give it a try non the less.
