Seems some people are getting logged out or crashing when they try to enter the new zone, I myself got zoned back into Av City !!
First of all make sure you have downloaded Foundations and installed it into your SI directory
If you seem bugged as I did, all you have to do is log-out and log back-in and you should be in the new zone.
Hope it's not like this everytime.
