Help New Heatsink and fan?

So I have decided I need better cooling for my CPU. The heatsink and fan I got with it just aren't cutting the mustard anymore. I have one I'm looking at that's smack bang in my available price range.

Also any other suggestions would be appreciated. AMD Athlon 64 4200+ Dual Core.
