Not "that" bad, compared to other game emblems!

Some of the hib ones look like freemasonic designs... I wouldn't be surprised if they get more XP and RPs per kill. Oh wait, perma-underpopulation bonus! :p


Mythic should hold an emblem competition, with the best designs making it into the game!

givf emblems like the ones in guild wars tbh, with nice shiny effects and customizable cloak n stuff :)

oh and lol at mid emblem 2 along 3 down, ROCK ON DEM MIDDIES! :p

it's not for darkness rising it's part of 1.76

you also get the option to have a single colour emblem i.e. solid green but with a skull on it or whatever.

I dont belive they're real, partly becuse they are awyful and partly becuse one of the alb ones has 'DAOC' writen on it :eek:

so it has - never noticed that...

anyway, im jumping up n down about banners meself - I would imagine that any measures in the way of guild cloaks/emblems/designs etc will be geared toward the banners being introduced, as they are looking like becoming a pretty major part of the RvR scene...

They aren't that bad, and they're added to the existing ones, so you can stick to using the old simple ones if you want.

More choice is always good. ^_^

i dunno - if you was going to do up some fake emblems, why not get some bewbies and b33r in there too? Instead of DAOC at the bottom of one, i would've had n00b or something...

Those are far too sensible to be made up ones... :m00:

In the next patch we'll be able to get more then 1 qbar, 3 maximum I think. I forgot if it was 1.74 or 1.75 but it doesn't matter cuz we are skipping 1.74 apparently and moving straight to 1.75 on the next patch day.

See, i personally don't agree that these are all "absolutely crap" - i don't actually see whats so "crap" about them. What were people expecting? Giant-Robotic Sheep, with flaming teeth??? Hawt naked chicks, playing with foam?? Just a big letter "S" in an attractive diamond shape??

Lets see what you folks would prefer then - get your Photoshop warmed up and lets see whatcha got... :touch:
