New guild causing grief??

I've heard rumours of a new French guild in Alb/Prydwen, the name of which escapes me (tranlates as french for "Knob" or something, i've been told) who are causing untold grief, are fully aware, and are quite proud of the fact that they don't give a toss...

This has come to me second hand from more than one person, telling of a guild storming where groups are camping, and farming away with no regard, and when questioned about it, are told "Yeah, we know were being arseholes, but we don't really care."

If anyone can shed any light on this, or if any of the GM's/officers of this guild have the testicular fortitude to identify themselves, then let us know, maybe post below...

Aye its gnous or something they was leveling in AC pulling everyones mobs people where getting quite annoyed with them. They was also /yelling french words using caps etc...

Seen a few new guilds spring up recently. Only one with a French name I've seen is Gnous and AFAIK that doesn't translate to knob (more like Wildebeest but my French slang isn't up to scratch so I may be wrong).

Never had any dealings with them though.

I've seen them about, had a couple of members in a group, untill they decided that they had to go with their guild group, leaving us without a healer or any CC.

I wasn't in a good mood after that :x

Aye think I remember them when I was lvling at barrows with my sorcerer, they had 2 groups there and they were pbaoe'ing every mob at barrows entrance. My sorc was like lvl 32 or smth so I could only charm a goblin whelp then, but I couldnt kill a damn thing cause there pbaoe hitted my mob and I got no xp at all...They were also talking in French all the time at public (/s), got little frustrated there but not sure if that was Gnou or smth you guys talking about (I'm 100% sure tho it was a french guild)

Yup - with a group in Avalon : they rolled in, started pulling from their camp and ours. When asked why, they said they were to l88t that they had to take our foe as theirs did not spawn fast enough.

Asked them to stop only for them to then start taking our pulls. We mezz a foe, they hit it with bolt/arrow/taunt.

Arrogant arses.

If anyone finds out where they are camped one day, lets all go aggro something horrible, and drag it into their AoE's

Apart from that, Rightnow need screenies if they're breaking the CoC, which includes spoiling anothers game on purpose.

Camping a spot ? errr, are you trying to explain us you pratice roaming xp ? Then stop asking yourself why you 're always xping.

Stealing the mobs ?? talking of these monsters a group was bringing on us to make us leave a spot ?

Talking french in /s. Erf sorry, sometimes it happens, but it's our natal (?) language. We 're quite used to speak it. But we don't do it in order to fload other peoples.

Our goal isn't to play in a "group" of 35 albs on emain, but in guild. Roam with 1 fg or a little bit more. We're not loot whores.
So we don't need your friendship even if we have to thanks players which help us in the beginning with gold and items

I'm sorry if I didn't make it clear enough for you.....but the group was rendered useless with them leaving, and they gave no notice other than when their group turned up to take them. We spent the next 20 minutes looking for replacements. Of course they are allowed to play with their guild, but they could have the manners to let us know before hand

We play together when we can. We aren't a big guild so we need our heal too when we want to xp.
We don't know everytimes exactly when every player will logon so we can't tell someone "in 20 minutes I'll have to go".
Don't think it's difficult to understand.

For the french, like we say ( try to translate but .. .hum :x ) :

It's hard to keep control about this.

I think it all boils down to a couple of things.

you come play on an any server then you should respect the way things are done on that server.First off although not everyone who plays on this server is English, but the English ( and most other races) are good mannered and polite,That is something the French are well know to be lacking and unable to even conceive.

So do not expect them to be polite,considerate or follow the done thing on this server because the word POLITE is not a word taught in France or are they able to comprehend.
