Lol, writing down the times the relics where taking is kind of one sided...
Showing that the Hib relic had been open for about 8 hours before the relics where taken...
Or maybe showing that the Mid relic had been open since about 23:00 cet gives a better indication of the timing of the raids...

A valid argument, but there is too much scope for bitching here, for example you quoted 23:00 CET that the gates were opened, but as you know they were closed again at 01:00 CET. It's too difficult to determine when a raid started, was it when the first Alb set foot on mid soil? Was it when alb took first tower, or fist keep, or opened gates? The only fact we have is when the relic got home.

Not really, I used CET on the original, Nol took the list and turned it into GMT.
There are more users of CET on Excalibur than GMT hence using CET. Take a look at these two posts and notice how the GMT argument fails, and this is just for PvE raids!

XML is roughly correct and will do; it allows all raids to be timed off the same source.

As regard to the time, the GOA XML is updated every 10 minutes; the poll takes 3-10 seconds to complete. So the raid completed anywhere between 03:41:01 and 03:50:00.
