new drop in dartmoor?

Im not sure if its jsut a new dragon drop, tho i dont seem like a dragon drop , and ive never seen it before, so where does it come from in dartmoor?? to my knowledge one of these has never dropped, on any dragon raid, maybe mythic r trying to make dartmoor usable again? i dunno need an answer
