new daoc error

yesturday I created a new daoc account. However the email address I gave goa was incorrect I typed - instead of _ by mistake.

Apparently u cant even have - in a email address.

My question is what are the chances of GOA giving the details to my correct address as currently I cant access the new account I have bought

yeah yeah. I done that emailed them etc my question is what is the likely reply I will get :

1 sure we will change it for u

2 no way u fraudster!

3 no reply at all forced to pay £24 again

Give as much info as you can in the email.
Where you live, real name, everything you typed when you registered the new account. And give them the CD-keys which you used when you created the account.

In order to change your email address, may you please send us the following informations:

a. You first and last name.
b. Your CDkey's numbers
c. Your method of payment (VISA, ECMC, American Express, ELV, other…)
d. Your new email address.

What they told me if you had an out-dated e-mail or a otherwise faulty one
