Raven Shield is pretty good.

The only game I know of with a coop is "Hen Blaster" which came out in 1993, or perhaps the "Catch the Chicken" mod from Quake2 but I dont think that has a coop in it.

There's half a dozen or so co-op missions on Vietcong but they get repetitive quite quickly
