New Code of Conduct charter!!

Hi.

Having seen the latest batch of qq on Fh (nothing new huh?), I felt that for those who can't take being killed, that we on FH could start a new CoC for the rvr zones. I'll start us off and lets see how many we can add to the charter!

1. No one can add on me but I'm allowed to add on whom I like and then deny it.

2. No one is allowed to mezz/stun/root me without me having seen them first else its radar use and they should be banned.

3. The use of active realm abilities and master level abilities is forbidden.
