That AA service offering you cheapest quote from a range of providers is a con as well.

LOL they were the most expensive of all (even more than dealer insurance), got my insurance almost half the price in the end from the same co. I've been with the last 2 years, I always shop around still, as the insurance has gone up £50 every year since.

I have an 1998 Audi A4 1.9Tdi, I pay about £740 with 6 years no claims. The AA were by far the cheapest insurance company around. BTW I'm 30.

My business partner paid £2800 a couple of years ago to be insured on his V70, he had zero noclaims :/
