New maps on the server
So, what is the process for recommending new maps to add to either server? Beans? Machine?
I was playing Jailbreak this weekend and it struck me that the maps would work well in Freeze.. especially freezing everyone and then shoving the bodies into the JailBreak Cell..
Could be most amusing!
I would still like to see the SPACE map added... just the thought of using the rail to shoot frozen bodies around the room in that low gravity makes me chuckle... Could start a volleyball league maybe?? hehe

The thought of adding a 3rd or even a 4th team made me smile, most ov the players on the ft servers cant get the sides balanced when they've only got 2 teams to choose from. 3 teams would really break their heads.

Models
Most of the new Models have green and yellow CTF skins.
The regular models have them, too.
Should be no prob to change the 1 FT server to 3 teams.
4 is too much i think!
Ask Finkpad about the propertis he knows all the things about FT.

OK the test server address is at imsurfing.mine.nu
in the q2 console type connect imsurfing.mine.nu

The server may not be up and running ! at the mo!
Tonite it will be up at 9 00 untill 1.00
for testing
Full version of quake2 is requred as it will be set to co-op.
Is testing out sertain features that co-op has..
Hope to see yall there imsurfing.mine.nu no port is req.
We have The Ft server ready but still is testing.

So, I bugger off for a couple of weeks skiing (in Val D'Isere).. I returned last night, fired up the PC and discovered that Barrys is dying?!?! Tell me its not true!!!!

Imsurfing quake2 servers now up!
OK ppl the ft servers 1 imsurfing clan server is up some times but the other is up allways now!
Goto http://www.imsurfing.co.uk and clikc game servers there are many servers eg FT gllom rocket a 2
ect after bw closes down please can ever 1 start using the ft servers listen on my site.
as i dont want to loose contact with every 1
please post any comments ect in the imsurfing.co.uk message board or e-mail me grahamzim1@x-stream.co.uk hope 2 see yall soon

FreezeTag is alive and well and living at Netgames
Yay!!!!
Netgames will be hosting a FreezeTag server very shortly...
Check out the conversation thread at http://forums.netgames-uk.net/showthread.php?threadid=1513
The Netgames Admin chaps have given me admin rights to the new FreezeTag Server... Good news!! So we can all choose our favourite maps and I am quite happy to load maps, change rotations, play with hooks on/off, different settings etc..
DooLittle (The FreezeTag Author) tells me that the four team variation of FT, red/blue/green/yellow, was never officially released under q2 and no further Q2FT development is planned 8-( So, we will have to stick with 2 teams for the near future. However, I can ask other Q2Mod authors to see if they can revisit the Q2FT mod and make a few changes if we decide that 4 teams is something that *we* are really interested in.
So, thats it for now.....
