Leggings
Comments on Solo, Grouped, or Battlegrouped: This has to be completed solo without any help from anyone, if it is noticed that you did receive help, the artifact automaticly goes to level 0 again.
Outstanding challenges: Target looses "weekends infront of tv" but gains a chance to get "lucky" 10 hours after artifact has been /used . this time may vary from day to day and grades of "luck" granted may vary aswell.
The Talk: Artifact starts to ask "where is this going". if you reply correct to this quest you get to keep the artifact but you loose alot of personal belongings.
Strategy:
this encounter has to be one of the hardest ever. The npc roams around alot and has no logical route. some has reported it was found at a cave called "the bar" but other again just met the npc roaming around.
the npc also rotates faction so it all depends on time of day or time of month if it is agressive or not.
if you find the npc and it is neutral or better you can start the encounter. First you need to get friendly faction with the npc called "girl" wich is the encounter-mob. this can be achieved in several ways. some people choose to take the "charm'and'wit" quest wich may take some time. and other choose the "blingbling"quest wich is more a farm items and show to "girl" to get higher standing. when you have achieved friendly status you have 15 minutes to start the encounter. if you take too long you get the encounter started you get a dialog-box stating that "she dont want to risk loosing such a good friend" and you have failed the encounter.
after starting the encounter you will get a lot of tests. these vary from day to day and still hasnt been reported a complete walkthrough on the tests.
but some hinters can be found.. you have to be found "macho" "comparing" "charming" and "hunky" in most encounters. (these values also vary in importance and priority). the encounter will also freece at a point and you have to meet 2 npc's called "mom" and "dad" these will also send you on a variety of quests/Tasks that has to be completed. you can sometimes fail these and still complete the encounter but it isnt reccomended to fail these since the "girl" often is very friendly towards "dad" and getting bad faction with him will then get you bad faction with the encounter mob.
After completion of these tests you need to go get the scrolls.

Tip:
the "date" scroll is a very expensive scroll and it cannot be achieved solo. it might also take several "date" scrolls to activate the artifact. Also it has been reported that the artifact has a very random Durabilty.
