it gives you energy. which is a good thing.

It gives you a short burst in Blood Glucose levels, followed by a pretty severe dropoff in energy levels. Put it this way - if you were stranded on a desert island, and had only sugar to eat, you would actually live longer by not eating the sugar.

So sugar = bad.

Now you notice that in the distance is an island with lots of women on, eating the sugar give you energy boost to swim their.

So sugar = good.

but you miss the beauty of it. after the dropoff you just have another can of coke and you're back on the high again.

so sugar - good.

then again the diet coke brigade will never see the error of their ways. might aswell leave them to their sugar free "healthy lifestyles". if only they'd see that healthy eating is never a substitute for personality.

Diet drinks are the worst; they have MSG and aspartame in them to substitute the sugar, these things are truely evil. Their purpose is to fool your brain into thinking what you are drinking tastes nice where, if you were to take these ingrediants out, you'd normally spit it out as poisonous guck.

newborn red bull is far worse than coke or other fizzy drinks and sweets. It's far more potent and bad for your heart. It really is worse than just letting kids have sugary stuff.

it has caffeine and taurine in it. caffeine is the staple diet of offices round the world, and taurine is produce naturally by your body - it's the chemical your body releases to wake up. so how, pray tell, can that be bad for you?

Like most things, your body produces all that is required or is acceptable in terms of the bodies chemical balance.....everything in moderation.

yes thats why it always produces enough and no one ever buys red bull to stay awake.

Yes but these women are all rotund pensioners, with deflated breasts and hairy chins

So sugar = bad.

Its still not good for you in large quantities....the people who often get it need extra because they didn't get enough sleep and were out getting pissed the night before, even worse taking it at the same time.

i never said anything about vodka redbulls being good for you because they arent. mainly cos they've got vodka in them. i also never mentioned nutrients or drinks with ginseng and guarana in them, so the fourth article has little to do with the selling price of the edam in question.

which leaves us with the second article, the only one actually discussing the adverse effects of redbull. it's conclusions? that red bull is bad if you're diabetic or sensitive to caffeine. congratulations. i coulda told them that - it's written on the side of the can. it reaches no conclusion about the taurine content other than dont take too much, but in all honesty, is it dangerous to be too awake? (i can imagine it now "oh no im driving long distance im too awake theres no chance i'll fall asleep at the wheel. bummer. i was planning on getting 40 winks up the m74.").

Title: New American Sniper.
Content: Red Bull.

?

I guess you have to admire how the semantics lead us here. :p

Oh and you talk about the age limit on Red Bull. Who cares when in comparison you have 20 or so 14 year olds lighting up cigarettes on a corner and filling their lungs with tar? I wish to fuck cigarettes would be wiped off the planet. I really fucking do.

If you really want to get picky perhaps you should be aware that I answered your question:

I posted how it can be bad for you and now you say that your question has conditions of which you never stated...oh well.

Either way Red Bull, like any thing, is bad for you in vast amounts, if you fail to realise that then fine its your problem when you get the shits or worse

/Looks up to see where this topic changed

Damn, I can't change the threads title. Only the subject of my first post :)

I've never tried Red Bull in my life. Give me my Coca-Cola and I'm a happy bunny.

I was discrediting the articles which you felt proved your point and tbh, clearly didn't. still kudos for not using the bbc. that must have taken a lot of self restraint. anyway, i don't remember attaching any conditions to the question i asked but if you want to pretend i did so you feel in the right, feel free.

but you still havent answered my question of what is wrong with Red Bull in particular? your answer "Either way Red Bull, like any thing, is bad for you in vast amounts," just shows that you don't really know. i always find thay when i don't know the answer to a question, i don't jump in and answer it. less chance of looking like a tool that way.

Surely drinking far too much caffeine, no matter which form you drink it in, is bad?

Actually its more to do with not wasting my time on a pleb such as yourself since you'll always find something to pick at and try and make stupid remarks regarding the BBC....how original little one.

That was my point you moron, perhaps I should use less capital letters at the start of a sentence and maybe you'll understand it easier

Not in your case, you came out of the box as a tool which has been proven above and in the original post regarding the US sniper.....thxs for coming.

that's a bloody good deflection there emb, you should try being a politician. anyway, please point out where "I posted how it can be bad for you and now you say that your question has conditions of which you never stated...oh well." occured. if anything it was you who attached conditions to the question, introducing alcohol into the equation. i simply asked what was wrong with it, your reply was "too much is bad ok?". congratulations. you can say that about anything, fruit, veg, water, the works. so you still havent answered the question. if you want some time to go away and think about it then get back to me feel free.

oh and try and keep the personal slurs out of it. they don't make you look big and they certainly don't make you look clever.
