New Alliance

Hi theres a new Alliance just formed between Retribution and Immortal Legion.

We are looking for other guilds to join the alliance and make it strong. The alliance will be organising Alliance hunts, Raids and RvR sessions.

We currently have about 10 spaces, so if you would like to join there a few things you need to check before asking to be invited.

Although all guilds applications will be looked at fairly, you stand a good chance of getting in if

Your guild has over 10 members 30+ or 5 members 40+

Your players are regular

Your guild has good organisation

You have a nice range of players

You have been together for 2 weeks or more

If your guild does not meet these requirements you can still apply and we treat all guilds fairly.

So if you want you guild to join the new alliance please contact mobstomper or jaydan in game.

Well, the current problem is that there is a CAP on how many guilds there can be in one alliance so =/

The problem is that there are already 2 alliances that are not co-operating(not going to sort reasons here).

So, leaving all other guild to themselves is a better option ? And I know about the problems, our guild has been in the first alliance for a very long time (feb).

Why don't u make one strong alliance to get one united midgard the other alliances can't read ur alliance chat and u can't read theres ??

If you read a my first response to this thread you'd know one of the reasons (and even if there were no other reasons, this one would still make it impossible)

I know requests on the matter, max # of guilds in an alliance, has been sent to GOA, but I dunno what the result of that is tho.

Well it is a must i am afraid.

The 2 existing ones dont work well together always, which ofcourse cant be expected.

I se more good in a 3rd alliance then bad.

This will mean more people active in defending realm, more people bringing the words and ideas of our gods to the infidels.

Also, gives all the non allianced guilds a chance at exapnidng their RvR horizon.

I started by a post to grow a seed of this, and it got clear that 2 guilds already had a msall alliance. And were ready to expand this idea.

Me salutes Joreth and bonks my shield in pride and admiration to this.
About time we took steps to strenghten our realm.

It may cause confusion with a 3rd alliance, atleast in the beginning.
But with clear instructions and inter alliance chatgroup in big occasions, will solve many of those problems.

1.start new alli
2. Collect 3-4 small guild's
3. Look at ppl in this guild
4. Make one biggest guild -> unite all in alli

coz 3-4 guild

didn't sure, but ask some one from Defianse. They do that. And now it's more powerfull guild

P.S. May be sometimes Mid -> 3-4 guild's with 30+ppl 50 lvl... in each

I dont see the harm in another alliance as long as its well run, but the current alliances need to sort themselves out - have meetings, arrange raids with other alliances, and then see which guilds are taking an active part in it and remove the ones who arnt so that the alliances can be as effectful and organised as possible or we'll keep getting pasted by albs <pfft>.

Lack of organisation is midgards major problem we need to get our act together and we and the alliances especially NEED to cooperate with each other occasionally instead of just argueing amongst ourselves.

my name is Whitelighter lvl 39 Healer
I'm one of the founding members of Immortal Legion and also apointee to the alliance from our guild.

Why oh why is everyone so negative about having a third alliance?
As an alliance one of the things we are looking to do is keep in contact with eachother. Comunication is the key, and by doing this we will be alot more organised and we aim to make a difference.
We need to start getting back the keeps we have lost as this makes a huge difference to the game we play and all love. Where you could easily solo a yellow before, its alot harder to do now, also the experiance you get from a mob has been reduced, these are some of the reasons why I for one think we need a 3rd alliance, we feel given time as the alliance builds in size and streangth we can make a difference not only on the battlefields but also in our own realm. I do hope that other guilds out there feel the same as I do and have an optimistic streak. A few months down the line you will know why the 3rd alliance has been set up.
Were here to make a difference.

Well, seems it woke some ppl up in the first alliance Guilds that doesn't excist anymore have been removed from it to make place for new guilds. I'd say it strengthens our realm. And oh, welcome to all the new guilds in the NP as

After reading my last post, 1 part makes little or no sence, too much time infront of the PC playing my healer:/ I now have no brain
What I meant to say was that now its harder or impossible to solo a yellow where b4 it wasnt a problem, what this means is people are forced into fighting blues, Who wants to fight a blue and get less exp when you can fight a yellow con?

Midgard doesnt really have a problem doing anything, we have already shown that, its just we cant seem to keep a good defence up after 12midnight.

Is anyone able to set up a councill for the 3 alliances?
My idea being have 3 appointees from each alliance, so we can work closer together rather than against eachother.

Can a guild be both Alliance Leader and Follower in an other alliance?

If so you could connect the three alliances by means of the leaders and get the info across a lot of guilds
