I have never seen this is camelot hills till today its a statue of a man being sucked into the earth

its at 306, 253 Camelot Hills anyone else seen it? part of a GOA quest?

weirdly enough, I saw it in one of Aladora's movie when I was hib/pryd. made me think how nice and "complete" Alb looked.. one of the reasons I moved
