only thing that seems alittle to good is 50% evade/Parry 2k hp Studded and 50% melee resists... maybe tone it down alitle, not as drastic as Mythics usualy do thou...
Mids should have the class that dash out most dmg, same as Hibs should have the most powerful caster, and Alb the best defens.
but..... WoW will be here soon, so who cares about balance...

savages are a pain in the arse to defend against, healers and casters have no protection from paladins or armsman, prolly a pain for hib as well, being another tank with det, only real good thing against them is bof, and sob.....btw your example of a runemaster...? runemaster wears cloth and can be hit pretty often<with the exception of sup runnies with pbt> + they can be interupted, savages cant be interupted, do insane damage quite often..quad hits and so on, plus have a crazy evade rate, very good defence and very very good offense, just thought i would whine abit +1

Sigh and my light eld did 208 (-394) on a NP member @ excal - capped int, mom3 and red int buff. God I hate the fact that the only viable range nukers are the ones who either use up another slot in the group for debuffing or those lucky few who can debuff their own damage.
As for the savage: They hit fast, they hurt alot. H2H savages are impossible to guard against. Their defense is uber too, fielding a nice advanced evade and the evade shout - it's not rare missing 3-4 slams on a savage in a row while trying to peel it off your druid. You can't really run from them as they're equipped with a nice back pos stun - your only chance is to face em and hope theyre cc'ed in some way (savages get determination...). 2h users like polers are WAY easier to guard against, and h2h savages aren't really affected anywhere near as much by pbt. To quote our lurikeen slambot (yes that'd be 60+ shield): "i blocked ONCE out of 6-7 possible...". As for 2h savages: I'd rather fight those than h2h ones, but if they reach your druid then Ragnarok shouldn't take much spamming to kill him off, given the swing speed it wont take long either.

Yes, but you have to tell your gran the polearmsman has taken her pension and even then you have to get a skald to shout it to her

Aren't the US Mids complaining that our new 1.64 weapons were nerfed because of savages? A case of giving all realms new slower weapons except for Midgard?
